Bearing in mind the satisfaction of clients' expectations and ensuring the confidentiality of data at its disposal, it has developed the following process of dealing with requests for information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Information on the certification process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong> Information category: <\/strong> explicit<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong> Authorized persons: <\/strong> every employee of PCC Sp. z o.o.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong> How to provide information: <\/strong> oral or written (in person, by phone, e-mail)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Information on the status and validity of client certification PCC Sp. z o.o .:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this category, we only provide information on the name and address of the customer, scope of certification, its status (active, withdrawn, suspended), as well as the date of granting and validity of certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong> Information category: <\/strong> explicit<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong> Authorized persons: <\/strong> every employee of PCC Sp. z o.o.<\/li><li class=\"translation-block\"><strong> How to provide information: <\/strong> oral or written (in person, by phone, e-mail)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Other information about the client PCC Sp. z o.o .:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This category includes information not included in point 2. The desire to obtain information should be forwarded to the unit's office in writing (e-mail or post) indicating the purpose of obtaining the information.
